This Workshop will be dedicated to proper alignment in the every so frequent yoga “push-ups”, downward facing dogs, warrior 2, triangle, and bridge – we will also dedicate much of the time to some restoring and stretches to benefit the body and nervous system, 90 minutes, limited to 6 Yogis!
