We will go over specific poses in the Beginners-Oriented 60 minute class;
(Poses included with detailed alignment. breath focus and repetition to feel more at ease: Downward Facing Dog, Mountain or Tadasana, Hi lunge or Crescent, Warrior 3, Warrior 2, Tree, Bridge)
